At Ido Ido, all products are custom-made to order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Once your order is placed, a digital mock-up will be emailed to you for approval. Please review this carefully. Once the mock-up is approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made as your order will go straight into production.
We strongly encourage you to check all details (including spelling, colours, sizes, and quantities) before submitting and approving your order.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and offer a fair resolution if necessary.
